Yipee. I got my 2nd choice 2 bed end corner middle in block 5 overlooking the main pool.

Congratulations - It's all very exciting isn't it - also congratulations to Samui13 - Unfortunately I had to go out on appointments this afternoon and missed it all as it was happening (typical!). Everyone so far seems to have got one from their top 5. Can't wait to hear who else gets what.

just a quicky,when going through plans for choosing preferred buy i am a bit confused ,i have already said that hotel has 4 floors g,1,2,3 but when looking at plans again hotel goes g,1st, 3rd .am i right in saying hotel has only 3 floors and the 3rd should be second which if right you might get sea view in penthouse of apartments been 2.5m higher .

What was the launch? Did you get anything on 26th?

Good morning Alx, some have already reserved our preferred apartments and others are still waiting for their phone call so that they can choose. From 26th they started calling 30 ish people per day (in the order the reservation money was received in the escrow account) and as they have to call more than two hundred people it will take a few days yet before everyone gets to pick their apartment. We do not have to pay any more money until 2 weeks after they have completed due diligence and sent out contracts for us to see (should need to pay by the end of April I am told).

Just this minute had our call. Having made a list of 14 got our first choice!!
