just wondering what kind of money you have to pay for executive near your area what section you part of and is that part of rental pool

Last time I looked I was definitely female lol Yes it is in the hotel section of the resort - decided that I wanted a sea view and not sure if any of the apartments will get one?? When is your call due??

Bombers, it is not part of the guaranteed 10% rental pool but will still be part of another rental pool for all the suites where income is split depending on how much your unit cost. It will be used by all inclusive hotel guests as it has a smaller kitchen area, which is partitioned off for owners use only when we are there. Another reason why I preferred a suite is that the master bedroom has en-suite bathroom as well - a must to have 2 bathrooms when kids are around in my opinion. My apartment is in Section A (3) corner. Apartment No. IAF36C. Cost wise is slightly cheaper than middle 2 bed apartment, but is also slightly smaller. Everyone's taste is different - what are you hoping for when they call you on Tuesday??

Do the penthouses still come with the roof terrace with extra room?

no they dont bummer so that is why you probaly wont get sea view so have to make a list of one i really want over the next few days

Yes, I didn't like to say, but I was told that the penthouses no longer had the roof terrace, but they were making the balconies bigger?? Don't know if they should maybe drop the price of the penthouses to make up for this as I don't know if they are worth the difference in price now just for a bigger balcony? Just my point of view of course.. what do you think?

my thoughts to and not having good sea views aswell i dont know why you would call it a penthouse but i will weigh things up and hopefully get something alright. for an investment point of view i think it will be good in years to come, but when i go over on holiday i would love to able to to relax in the evening have a beer and look out into the sea but with two boys would be hard anyway , like your point about ensuite of bedroom .very good

how many floors

just a quicky,when going through plans for choosing preferred buy i am a bit confused ,i have already said that hotel has 4 floors g,1,2,3 but when looking at plans again hotel goes g,1st, 3rd .am i right in saying hotel has only 3 floors and the 3rd should be second which if right you might get sea view in penthouse of apartments been 2.5m higher .

We got one on our list - end apartment middle - IEF12E block 2 (on the left hand side).

Hi Bombers they had the third one on our list (we chose the fourth in the end) due to a slightly better position).

Most people are going for the suites I think rather than the apartments.
