With the Expo 20/20 win and the location on Sports City I'm sure you will be able to find someone to finish off the development. I suppose the Dubai courts will first have to confiscate the development from the Guy who ran away with the money hence your wait. I'm sure there will be lots of developers wanting to take over such a landmark building. I have an appartment that overlooks the Cube the design looks fantastic. I'm sure it will be a great building once completed. You are only as old as you feel I'm sure you will one days see it completed. Stay Positive

there is no point of worry if you donot have any post dated checks for the mention property.even you lost you money. its better to check the developer existence in Dubai. as in 2009 most of the developer defaulted and ran away.
