Unfortunately everything here is a bit on the shady side.
The other day Iran bans sunbeds in Iran and the following day Dubai issues a new law that says beauty licenses can only be issued for the same sex Meaning if you get a beauty license for men you can only have men serving men in that establishment and women serving women in a women's establishment. So much for opening up a tanning salon as you would have to open up two salons (one for men and the other for women)
I don't see why you can't leave it to the public to decide where they want to go
