Freehold Status
I understand that the development is freehold - is that correct?
As an owner, will I own the freehold to the appartment?
How does the developer define freehold in this development?
Appartment Location
I reserved a 2 bed-roomed Middle appartment. On page 22 of the guide, it refers to these as 'D'. What does the D refer to? The buildings are E,F,G? but on the second spreadhsheet sent to us 'Hotel D' is mentionned in the excel workbook?
Given that these apartments are located away from the sea, id like to try and get something near the main pool, maybe facing the pool, but then I don't know if that would make it too noisey!

Staged Payments
Are you able to confirm roughly what month/year each stage payment is due? This will enable me to plan my finances
Loan
When would the mortgage payments be due ie month/year?
I calculated that the payments on a 24,000 euro loan should average out at 5,400 euros per annum
ie
Year 1 - 4,000 capital + 2,400 interest
Year 2 - 4,000 capital + 2,000 interest
Year 3 - 4,000 capital + 1,600 interest
Year 4 - 4,000 capital + 1,200 interest
Year 5 - 4,000 capital + 800 interest
Year 6 - 4,000 capital + 600 interest
Sub Totals 24,000 8,400 = 32,400/6 = 5,400 fixed payment per annum
I may be interested in the mortgage option,which seems more like a basic loan. I am bit confused as to the location of the appts designated for loan purposes. I'll have to ring you to discuss.
Maintenance Charges
What is the maximum % uplift to the maintenance charge of 50 euros a month if applicable?
I realise this will be covered if using the rental guarantee but after that?
Rental Guarantee
Is rental taxed at source by Best Western or will I have to declare it afterwards?
From the tax breaks, the tax rate would be 15% of 50% of the gross income. Can I ofset the cost of the mortgage for the other 50% of the tax due?
In the case of taking up the mortgage, will rental still be paid to me directly?
