Hi, I have been visiting Balchik for the last three years to play golf and I am now thinking of buying an apartment if I can find the right one at the right price. I have stayed in a few of the apartments over the years and have nearly always had a problem of some sort such as leaking showers or toilets breaking. Please can anyone advise if they have also had plumbing problems or issues with the quality of the fittings? Also what are the costs of the annual service charge? Is the Lighthouse a good buy now?
