Thanks Dave thats not cheap at all, how about Marsa Alam? do you think prices will be cheaper there?

Is the price for land with seaviews cheaper anywhere on the Red Sea?

Plenty of land on the red sea - hundreds of miles
- such as El Gouna / Sahl Hasheesh / Gamsha Bay

The only problem is being "in" with the right people.

You could probably "buy" enough land to build a town for next to nothing if YOU build all the infrastructure, and pay your "dues".

For most people the prices relate to what is already in place and how close to existing areas of population.

Parts of Marsa Alam could be very cheap still, if they are miles from anywhere .

£190,000 for 600sq.m dave is £316/m.

I was looking at 14,000m2 in December, beach front in Arabia for 15,000,000 EGP..which works out around £100/m2

Sahl Hasheesh currently is £60/m but there is nothing belowe around 70,000m2

Any idea how much it would cost to buy land that two villas could be built on?

It wouldn't have to be beach front or in the centre of hurghada.

By way of a comparable Lyndsay you can still buy relatively small parcels of land in the El Gouna Mansions scheme for around 110 Euros per sq mtr I think. You can then design your own villa or two. Not beachfront but may be worth a look.

Buying Cheap Land in Safaga or Marsa Alam Beach Front

Hi,

Does anyone know of some cheap land so that i can build a villa on around 400 m2 in Safaga or Marsa Alam,

It need's to be beach front so no one can build in front of me.

All help would be appreciated
