HI,

Any idea about the status of Trump Towers on the palm. Is it ever gonna come up, as I have invested in 2 flats, but now they are giving me alternatives which are useless. I had invested in the name "Trump".........
Have any of you facing the same issue by the developer??

Are they offering you cash in their alternatives?
If yes, its a no brainer..
If they are offering you some other property, ask for a % back and move ur equity into something finished.

The problem is neither Emaar or Nakheel is giving any cash back. Thats the reason people are selling credits at a discount.
