thanks once again,Hi demon i know your frustrations and i have tried getting this point across hence the newsletter. It may take a couple of attempts to get everybody on the distribution list but i am hoping they but a lot of effort into this and it ensures you all stay informed and you don't need to keep chasing. If i do hear anything about the kitchens i will let you know.
but this is WWD job to do all this work,this is what they get paid for.
they are quick enough to contact people when payments are due though.
its the same as previous with the newsletters,we received one,about a year ago and then nothing again.
as for the kitchens,i have seen the replacements,not having one in my apartment,they are not a patch on the original ones installed,either by looks or quality.
you cannot show a certain product to a client and then change it without consultation with the client.
