The only lending becoming available is the government offering 20% On new builds of which is paid back with interest. It will not be given as a gift . People are worried about their jobs , property market is doom and gloom except for the rentals market and foreign investors purchasing palaces which are the small minority. Anyone that says otherwise are living out of the reality .
