Pine Trees Residence, Bansko

Hi all

I am looking to get in contact with purchasers within the Pine Trees Residence and Spa development within Bansko. I have bought there and I am looking into the best way to rent and use my property.

My understanding from research and talking with rental/estate agents within the area is that they are much more willing to take on developments if they can take on a number of properties within the same development, not just one or two. I would like to get in contact with other purchasers to potentially take this forward, or to hear what they are doing. In addition, I feel it would be best for all purchasers if the owners had each other’s contact details. This way we will be better suited to deal with any issues within the development for example.

I am very keen to hear from other purchasers, so please get in touch if you are an owner at the development.

Pine trees

Hi Barry,
I own one of the flats at Pine Trees, although i'm not really interested in renting it out as i try to use as much as possible with my family both Summer and Ski season.
I am however very interested in making contact with other owners as i might be interest in renting additional property short term as i have a large family and the extra space would be great.
I would also be interested in meeting up with other owners as it is always nice to know your neighbours and communicate with regard to any changes to Pine Trees.

He's made one post in total and not been on the site for 18 months.....I think you'll have a long wait for a reply, I'm afraid. Have you tried the Pine Trees Facebook group - maybe a better option. :smile:
