Good builder needed

Hi

I have a house in Leshten (near Gotse Delchev). The house has a mushroom infestation which is 'eating away at the floorboards. We have tried to have it dealt with by local people but it didn't work and has come back strongly.

I believe its a fairly common problem but one that can destroy your house if not dealt with properly. Can anyone recommend a building company who can deal with this problem?

Anyone had similar experiences?

My mum used them a few years ago, not the cheapest however, but they look a good setup, and are competent.
