I have read there is a few developments in the Marina which are close to completion, are there many more developments currently being built or being planned to be built in the next 1.5-2 years.

Currently there are 15000 empty hotel rooms. I don’t even want to think how many empty flats.
Of course they need to fill the empty properties, but when and how nobody knows.
