Q3 and Q4 have a sea view assuming nothing get built on the land between them and the beach.

I am correct in thinking that the land inbetween is also owned by Orascom and is also part of the Makadi development? In which case it will also be built up too?

Either way, if it gets built it makes Makadi more of a destination and the development more of a little village in its own right with the planned hotels, transport system, shops etc.

I think Q1 and Q2 have the best chance of a sea view as the land they are built on is of a higher elevation than the rest of the development.

The open area towards the beach is registered for hotel development. At this stage Orascom have no licenses and due diligence for such, but it would complete the Makadi Bay township. The land left of Orascom's Blue Sea Bay and the stretch to the east are old Wadi's (river beds) which are storm routes to the sea.
See google earth views posted earlier.

Leaving the project elevated will be an advantage. Building on wadis is not good investment as we saw in recent Egypt floods.

We got information from Orascom that Starting from 1st of March 2010 the reservation fees for any unit in Makadi bay project will be EGP 15,000 instead of EGP 5,000

Dear Mussa1
Go on to Google earth, look for Aldiana club in makadi bay. At the road entrance you will see two photos. Click on either you will see same picture. I think its a bit naughty and misleading of sun homes to post photos of another complex.
I tried to paste pics from google earth but couldnt.
Hope this helps
