The property boasts a very impressive 3950 ft.² and is located in the Carlyle Residences – a much sought after area of the city. The living area is dominated by an absolutely massive TV screen not to mention a wall of windows which give you a stunning view over the city. There is more than enough space to relax, to read, to watch the TV and even catch 40 winks. A great start to our look around the property!
Dining room
As dining rooms go this is more formal although once you catch the crystal chandeliers you begin to understand the style. It is minimalistic with regards to furniture but there is what looks like a very eye-catching window blind towards the top of the table. This looks more for business meetings as opposed to social events but then again once it is busy, a room can look very different.
Gourmet style kitchen
As large kitchens go this one has to be one of the biggest we have seen yet with an array of expensive quartz countertops and high-end steel appliances. Storage facilities, kitchen gadgets and the stereotypical kitchen island are all visible in the brochure images. This literally has everything and more than enough space to do your own thing.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom is a sight to behold with a large bed, large sofa and an array of high-end furniture. While the design of the room is very easy on the eye with many focal points, it is the look out over the city and the balcony which take your breath away. Spacious, stylish and what a way to wake up in the morning! Oh, we also forgot there is an enormous walk-in closet for your clothes and those who like to collect shoes….
Bathrooms
The ensuite bathrooms are enormous to say the least with marble floors, matching furniture and granite bathtubs. There are also discrete views over the city and the only problem we can see here is you would never want to get out of the bath! If you need to pamper yourself then looking at the brochure we would guess that every lotion and potion you could wish for is easily to hand!
How the other half live
This is just a glimpse into the world of Yolanda Hadid and looking at the sales brochure we can’t see it being very difficult to sell the property at just under $5 million.
