The slightly controversially named Pawn Stars show in the US has made a star of Chumlee. Therefore it is no surprise to learn that the listing of Chumlee’s Las Vegas mansion has hit the headlines. It is believed the property has experienced a number of extensive upgrades and while rumours of a stripper pole are wide of the mark, this is a property to check out.
What do you get for $1.8499 million?
If we look at the basics, the property is 6200 ft.² offers five bedrooms and six bathrooms with the official address 6240 W. Patrick Lane Los Angeles. This is certainly no small property and while the stripper pole was a misplaced rumour there is a stage for karaoke and other entertainment. So, let us take a look at the individual rooms and the property as a whole.
Beauty at its best
You only need to look at the outside of the property with its swimming pool, array of lounge areas all perfectly complemented by a very large house to see what this is all about. The views at night time must be amazing across the city but the property itself, especially the pool area, has its own beauty in the darkening evening sky.
Entering the property
When we say the floor is “wooden” it is not the colour and style of wood which you might expect! The dark and light coloured wood is eye-catching as is the first room you see with archways, marble floor, period dining table and chairs and a great atmosphere. This area stands out alone as you enter the property but what else can we expect?
Living room
There is a more informal living room which has a very classy corner sofa together with a staircase decorated with swirling iron railings. In the distance you can see the two double doors which open out onto the swimming pool area increasing the amount of natural light into the property. There is definitely a wrought iron decor feel about this room which gives a surprisingly classic look.
Kitchen area
The “unique” coloured wooden floor is evident throughout the property and the kitchen area is extremely spacious and stylish. The central kitchen island is literally a desert island with large amount of space in which Chumlee can cook and mix with guests (or maybe not!). The dark coloured storage facilities contrast with the green marble worktops and stainless steel equipment. In some ways it is difficult to describe in its full glory but quite simply it is colourful and eye-catching – just like Chumlee.
Entertainment area
As you would expect with a celebrity haunt there is the now traditional movie room with large TV screen, exquisite views and a mass of sofas and chairs on which to relax. You will also see that there is a pool room with a stylish marble floor, low hanging light and a stairway up to the higher floors. We then move into what appears to be a bar room with fridges and stand-alone bar from which to entertain your guests!
Lounging by the pool
As we touched on above, the swimming pool has a unique shape to it, beautiful gardens and palm trees to give that finishing touch. Whether you want to take a dip in the pool, relax on the sun loungers or maybe hit the bar, life in this property must be a breeze.
