Why is Kelly Clarkson selling?
Kelly Clarkson bought the property with her husband back in 2013 for a handsome $2.86 million. The property has been revamped and redesigned and is now on the market for $8.75 million amid rumours that the family have already started building a new home on their Nashville farm. So, even if the revamp was fairly expensive we very much doubt that Kelly Clarkson and her husband spent $6 million. She will make a tidy profit when this property is sold.
