Hi,
I bought in this developement some three years ago and my apartment is still not completed when it shoud have beed delivered summer 2008. the developer and the contractor have some major disagreement which they are trying to resolve. Most owners paid 100% up front, where do we stand legally any advice welcomed, the developers are IPI a dutch company, we have penalty agreements in place for late delivery, but i suspect this will not be paid if the site is completed.
