The key to refurbishing properties is to keep in budget and build a team which you can use on each of your properties in the full knowledge that they will do a good job. In the early days you may have issues with some of the tradespeople but over time you should be able to put together a trustworthy quality team. If you tend to stick to the same type of properties and refurbishment projects then it should simply be a case of replicating similar actions across your various investments.
