XY Development Camden

Does anyone know the new XY development that is scheduled to be completed by June next year? How's that part of Camden in general? With google building a new office there with more than 5k employees and the recent revamping of King's Cross this could be a good place buy an apartment. It sounds like Camden Council is planning some interesting investments to redevelop the area in the years to come. Any advice?

I agree that this would be a good time to buy a property there what with all the re-developments going on. However you should bear in mind that Camden residents and 'key workers' get first pick on all apartments so the best ones will most likely be gone. Still a great investment opportunity and I think you should go for it
