We have Brexit, Covid and the ever-changing currency, which begs the question, will UK property investors ever return to Spain?
Brexit has placed a huge wedge between the UK and the European Union. While Spain has not been particularly critical of the UK, the European Union as a whole has been extremely critical and appears to be "looking for fights". This does not bode well for long-term investment by UK property investors in Spain and other former EU holiday hotspots. How much damage will Brexit do?
