Will prices of International City increase when Dubailand opens?

Surely prices at International City will go up when Dubailand opens. All the workers are going to need accomodation. Any views on this?

Dubai land is a history and IC is a big mistake.
The price per sqft in IC shouldn’t be more than 200dhs PER SQFT. Whatever happens IC is going to be the cheapest in Dubai for ever
