Manchester has a mix of everything - growing financial sector, strong retail market and a huge student audience. Manchester for me

I think if you jump over to the other side there are some great opportunities in Leeds and Birmingham

The whole North/Midlands seems to be have been reborn over the last 12 months. This switch from the South to the North wont just evaporate although it may be watered down a little when Brexit is sorted.

I agree, I think many investors have been far too focused on London and the South East for so long that they have forgotten there are other parts of the UK. There are some very high rental yields available outside of London and the South East.

Obviously more the midlands, I would like to throw Birmingham into the pot - a lot going on there.
