The whole North/Midlands seems to be have been reborn over the last 12 months. This switch from the South to the North wont just evaporate although it may be watered down a little when Brexit is sorted.
I agree, I think many investors have been far too focused on London and the South East for so long that they have forgotten there are other parts of the UK. There are some very high rental yields available outside of London and the South East.
