Which letting agent should I choose

Hi,

I am totally new to letting a property.

I live in Medway, Kent and want to take the first steps in renting my property out as I'm moving in with my girlfriend. How do I choose a letting agent? Is there a website that compares them all or do I just ring round, say 5, and get them to come round?

Thank you. What I really need is reviews of agents in my area so I don't pick a bad one. I asked in my local FB group but all I got was people from letting agents advertising their services. I'm really after recommendations for my area.

If you go onto Google and search for letting agent reviews (then your area) I have no doubt that you will get some interesting comments. Let us know how you get on.

I usually google all letting agents within my region and look at the reviews also to determine which to choose. Reviews can really open your eyes to the wat estate agents work, especially if you notice bad reviews about similar situations
