Which Companies Deal with repossessions in the South East

Wondered if anyone could shed some light on any companies and which ones are the most professional?

Why dont you try auction houses and make a cheeky bid before the property goes up for sale?

I presume they must have a fairly close relationship with the major banks and see repossession sales on a regular basis?

Cosy up to the banks and see if you can buy direct off them rather than putting them through an auction. The less time these "assets" are held on the bank's balance sheet the better as they would prefer the cash to pay off loans.
