Which area is better in Kuwait

Please can someone advise which are the better area's/ suburbs to live in Kuwait city for a South African Expat family of 4 with kids aged 8 and 14, the kids will most likely attend the English school or New English school, traveling is not a major concern.

Have no Idea, but I now at least 3 South African families currently living in Kuwait.
