Where will investors go when Dubai tops out?

The worldwide real estate market is very fickle and while Dubai is most certainly one of the current hotspots this will not last forever. Where do you think Dubai investors will move to once the market tops out and we perhaps see a short-term correction/consolidation period.

I would say they will keep there money close by and move it to Qatar. Although there is some political debates between the nations at the moment the area is looking like an excellent option for investors and current investors with exposure in Dubai are already diversifying over in Qatar.

I am in total agreement with Mark007 here, Qatar is being heavily tipped as the next hotspot in the Middle East.
