Hi,

Does anyone know when this project was launched and what the initial prices were for apartments?

the development was launched about june 2006 and is sold out with re-sales coming back to the market

I've bought a GF 2bed/2bath room 90sqm unit for £52k and the 1 beds were £38k
prices now are £76k 2beds £54k for 1 beds
