What were original OPs?

I have heard several people say now that some of the older properties in Dubai are going back to their OPs - can someone tell me what these original prices were?

Some properties have not only reached their O.P. s but also are being sold below their O.P. (especially if you are a 100% cash buyer and most of them are off-plan) .

Anyways I know only about the one which I'm currently looking for ,that is :
SPRINGS : O.P. for the initial phases were around 350 K - 400 K .

Jumeirah Islands - starting from AED 1.6M
PJ Garden Home - starting from AED 1.8M
Shoreline Apartments - 2BRs starting from AED 800K
Springs - Type 4M - starting from AED 550K
Meadows - starting from AED 650K
Lakes - majority of these villas were not sold only rented - selling of these units started from Q1 2008 - from AED 2.4M
Greens - 1BR starting from AED 440K
