When you bear in mind that the Conservative government is seen as “business friendly” what can UK landlords expect from a future Labour government?
If the recent changes to the UK property market taxation system are seen as “fair and just” what would a left-wing Labour government attempt? The mind really does start to boggle when you consider the ever increasing cost of participating in the UK property market. Buy to let landlords have seen their costs increase significantly and the “bash the rich” voter friendly policies do not appear to be over yet.
