Real estate investment in Nigeria has not had the best track record in recent years. This is unfortunate because the fraudsters who tend to grab the headlines are just a minority. From memory, correct me if I am wrong, but Nigeria recently had one of the strongest economies in the region?

It is unfortunate that the historic problems with fraud and scammers from Nigeria is casting a shadow over what is one of the strongest economies in Africa. If they could shake off this outdated image how much further could the Nigerian economy go?
