Guys,
I am currently living in one of The Address residences (renting),and I enjoy the serviced apartment lifestyle.
So now I am in the market looking for a studio or 1BR serviced hotel apartment for purchase. I find the prices for The Address too stiff, given the fact that you pay a fortune for service charges.
Any views on what the most attractive property for "hotel apartments" is in Dubai? Regarding quality of building, location, service level, price worthiness (for purchase)? Also suggestions for great apartment properties with good building infrastructure - esp. gym, restaurants, pool - welcome (that make you feel like living in a serviced apartment)!
