I have a chance to buy a 1 br in JVS for 1000 dhs/sq foot.
The development is called Seasons by ishraqah.
Any thoughts? Im going to have to stretch pretty thin but I hope to flip it soon as I hear they are releasing one next door for 1400/sq ft.
Should I go for it?

Good Deal, wait for 30 days i am sure it will pick up coz there are Four developers launching good projects there at AED 1200 / sq ft, so i assume appreciation is guaranteed
