What do you think about RoomPlan by Apple?

So I recently saw that apple announced RoomPlan tech that scans your home and furniture and creates an accurate floor plan.

Has anyone tried it yet, maybe? I bet interior design app developers are already working in this. It almost looks like magic, honestly.
