What do buyers expect from their real estate agent?

What does a buyer expect from their real estate agent when buying property in Spain? Have you noticed any difference in needs amongst different nationalities?

Wouldn't be nice knowing before travelling and visit any property to have Spanish people around who will assess you before spending a penny?

I's say a potential buyer thinking about investing their money into property in a foreign country and in a language they don't speak, expects their real estate agent to be: professional, thorough, honourable and to listen to what they are asking for, not try to plug a property they want to sell, but rather try to find the closest match to what the buyer is looking for.
