Motorcity will be handed over in the next 6 months hopefully. Being a gated community with it's own parks, retail areas, schools, pools, gyms and with 24 hour security. I feel this project would do well considering that the developer is Union properties.
With the demand still strong, there could be a chance for good rentals. As the developer is good, it could attract more people who want to live there.
This community could cater to the motoring segment where people have cash and would like to be part of the community. The apartments would attract strong rentals.
Union properties did a good job on Uptown Mirdiff and this is built on the same lines.
Good developer / gated community / targetted motoring segment, has anyone considered buying here ???.
