Anybody know anything about the Belgian property market? I'm about to move out there and was wondering about the possibilities of buy-to-letting. I believe the government takes a massive purchase tax, which suppresses the market, but keeps the rental market buoyant. Is there anybody out there who has made the figures stack up in Belgium?
