i see on here that people still want to dabble in the property market so do i of course but as an investor there are rules when to engage and when not to when off course more than 75% of the times we are the ones that create this bubble.
this time my friends it's different very different i have several links with investors who's portfolio exceeds 1 billion us dollars and where there looking your not going to believe me.

p.s stay out of the u.k market for another 5 years yes i can assure you that were looking to loose another 20-30% of yes you read that right as well.
p.p.s keep out of flats and if you hold any well there is going to be blood on our streets people will lose more than 60% by 2013. a company is trying to of load upto £2 billion pounds worth and it could be your local councils buying them to let out which in turn means rents falling.... there looking to off load by october certainly before christmas.
