Hi everyone,
I work in Bur Dubai and want to live close by,
I've heard good things about the Old Town , can anyone tell me if this is a nice quiet development to live in?
I'd like a 2 or 3 bed apartment. Budget is around 2million AED. Which areas should I look at for this price range?
Can anyone advise on any potential pitfalls about living in this area? Are the service charges high? Is traffic bad and is the construction work noisy around here?
Also which estate agents should I contact to view properties around here. Two names that keep coming up are Go wealthy and Better Homes. Anyone have experience with these 2 companies, are they recommended or are there better companies out there?
