Villa to rent in Saidia

Hi,

After a lot of frustration with Fadesa, we finally have our villa - imaginatively called Saidia Beach Villa! - just about reday to rent out from the end of the summer. The villa is 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, front line golf and a few hundred metres from the beach - ideal for staying in when you have to thrash things out with Fadesa! I don't thinkn there are yet any other villas for rent at Saidia - does any one yet have a feel for pricing? Also, there is a new company located on site which will be starting to rent out properties on behalf of owners - really switched on guy, speaks excellent English as he studied a business degree in the US and Canada.

Just read your message about your apartment, wondered if it is free for the next 3-5weeks and how much you will charge to stay there - we are a couple from london just looking for a break, nothing expensive, just somewhere different,
