I am seriously looking at buying into a second small development in the Magawash area of Hurghada, Vanquish Villas 2. British builder, 12 apartment block, pool, roof terrace, gym, looks quality. Anyone out there have any dealings with Vanquish 1.

They are apartments. Studio, 1 and 2 bed from around 25K to 70K GBP. Marketed by Egypt Revealed.
