The asking prices have recently been dropped by €30,000. why ?. Because they can't sell them !. There are over 1 million unsold new properties on the Costas, plus who knows how many resales.
If you want to live on a development of hundreds of properties, many of which may never sell, then maybe you can convince yourself it's a good buy. If you are talking from an investment point of view, they are over priced at any price. This could end up being another Costa Esuri.
