I've been able to find myself a 1B/R in Motor City with Union Properties...
It's a duplex 950 sq.ft (total 1700 sq.ft with terrace)
Total price is 1,750,000 Dh
Seller is asking for 20% premium.. is it a good deal? Will I be able to get a good profit out of it if I hold it for 6-9 months?
(P.S. The bank would finance me with 90% of the house price and 75% of the premium.)
