Hello Uk Nationals,
Have you heard about the fact that if you own a property overseas and make it available for rental there is a tax refund payable generally in the region of £25000 upwards !!!!?
A friend of mine in the UK has told me about it in detail and it sounds brilliant, apparently this tax refund is little known in the UK?
Are you aware of this?
I wish the Portuguese government had the same!
