Advise has always been for free forum user or not ! Besides what advise can you give ????. There is credit crunch and nobody wants to lend and if the lending is at 7% to 7.25%, 60% loan to value its not worth venturing.

It might be useful if you gave some information, as in what sort of LTV deals can you supply ? What are the current rates on these ?
If you have access to some good deal, promote them.

Manor Park: To be fair to Stuart, he is no position to do so as the rates are changing on a daily basis, lenders/products are being withdrawn on a daily/weekly basis.
