UAE pre - launch

I am a new user to this site , so if my first post seems rather amatuer , you know why.

I am looking for pre-launch projects in the UAE , floors and apartments, have to be in a good location.

I am interested in investing in RAK but have always been put off by the premiums people are asking for. I have tried to contact staff at Rakeen but they have not been much help in terms of keepimg me updated on new launches.

Well the best thing you can buy is in Musriff heights by Emaar, you cud buy token for i beleive 2%, and after the new morgage law introduced, ithese could be the few developers from where we could get our finance,
