Tuscan Residences JVS to sell or hold?

I have bought a one bedroom flat , Tuscan Residences(95.44 sq.m) in JVs built by Damac. The flat is almost completed and would like to sell after handover (between October and December). Does anyone know what I might expect to sell it for ? Or should I rent it?

Also any recommendations for reliable estate agents.
