Guess what - you're BUSTED!!!! Howdy peeps,
Meet Kitty Kat Jac, a UK expat who lives in northern Cyprus not for political but commercial reasons.
She happens to work for a dodgy estate agent there called Unwins, against whose proprietor (Mark Unwin) a European arrest warrant was issued back in 2005 (see press extracts below).
And yes, this is the same Unwins which marketed & promoted Gary Robb's infamous Amaranta Valley development complex near Klepini/Arapkoy (see the postings by AGA Buyers' Action Group on this forum).
I bet the only reason she's after feedback on pre-'74 Turkish Title property in northern Cyprus is because her ilk probably couldn't even so much as
give away anything else in the wake of the recent ECJ judgement on the Orams case. Now that's what I call justice at work!!
Have a nice day

Refugees file for European arrest warrant against British estate agent By George Psyllides
(archive article - Wednesday, April 20, 2005)
A GREEK Cypriot refugee couple yesterday filed for a European arrest warrant against a British real estate agent who was building on their property in the occupied north.
The couple were the first to request a European arrest warrant under a law amended in March, which increased penalties for illegal possession and use of immovable property and paved the way for arrest warrants to be issued for European citizens holding Greek Cypriot properties in the occupied north.
The petition concerns 42-year-old Mark Unwin of Guildford, Surrey, who started Unwin Estates along with his wife Hayran in December 1999.
Refugee Christos Mazios said he visited his orchard in Ayios Epiktitos near Kyrenia three weeks ago and found out that Unwin estate agents were working on a project on his property.

A GREEK Cypriot refugee family yesterday filed for a European arrest warrant against a British real estate agent who was building on their property in the occupied north.
They are the second family of refugees to request a European arrest warrant under a law amended in March, which increased penalties for illegal possession and use of immovable property and paved the way for arrest warrants to be issued for European citizens holding Greek Cypriot properties in the occupied north.
It is also the second move against 42-year-old Mark Unwin of Guildford, Surrey, who started Unwin Estates along with his wife Hayran in December 1999.
The case concerns the family’s property in Vasilia, a few kilometers west of Kyrenia. The owner, George Iakovou, visited his village over Easter and discovered that his 13-donum plot was slated for development by Unwin Estates.
Through a sign placed on the site, the company said it was planning to build 12 luxury villas on his land, worth £90,000 each, Iacovou said.
He added that Unwin has developed huge expanses of Greek Cypriot land in the north.

(archive article - Wednesday, May 11, 2005)
POLICE yesterday issued European arrest warrants against three Turkish Cypriots and one British national for using occupied Greek Cypriot property, but it remained to be seen how and whether the court summons would be served in the north after authorities warned last week that anyone attempting to do so would be arrested.
One of the four warrants was against Mark Unwin, a British national, a real estate agent charged with developing land plots near Kyrenia belonging to Greek Cypriots Christos Mazios and Georgios Iacovou. Apparently the land was used to build tourist apartments.
Meanwhile arrest warrants were issued for three Turkish Cypriots, owners of a company that erected a building complex in the village of Kazafani, just south of Kyrenia.
Reports said yesterday that, at least in some of the cases, police took this action on its own initiative, without the affected parties filing suit.
