They will not give you the cash but will give the cash to “nakheel” and will be against your property and if you don’t repay no key no title deed.
The cash will only feed the construction companies and keep the illusion alive until they suck all of your money

As far as I remember you have a dissent excuse stopping paying as the construction of your property is not moving. In this time more you put more you lose.

Yes it's too important to be cancelled. They have sold 3 units with the help of 4 International launches (Dubai, NY, UK and Qatar)... but since this project is very "important" it will not be cancelled. I guess I was the one being more "emotional" than "rational".

This just in.. so i guess "delays" is the new buzz word after "bailout". Using the word "cancelled" sounds a lot more scary!

The only work that is happening there is the site is being made safe i.e the piles are getting backfilled .
