Tony Blair extends his property portfolio to £30 million

It has been revealed that Tony Blair recently acquired yet another property in London for £1.2 million to go with his "next-door investment" of £3.6 million. It seems that the idea behind the next-door acquisition is to create a five bedroom property from the two investments which would be of significant value. While many have been critical of Tony Blair's property portfolio, there is no doubt that he has an eye for value!

You still really can't do better than property when it comes to investments. I would imagine that someone with such strong ties to the area gets a personal satisfaction from this type of local investment and development, as well as the obvious financial gains.
